Glen Margolis Founder & CEO
Glen is a proven CEO with extensive executive experience leading enterprise software, management consulting, and manufacturing organizations.
His background also includes the management of both strategy and systems implementation projects for high technology manufacturing organizations. Prior to Steelwedge, Glen founded and served as CEO of a contract manufacturing organization based in Latin America where he pioneered the use of web-based collaborative planning as a strategic weapon. Glen’s consulting experience includes leadership roles at Mercer Management Consulting where he focused on strategic planning and Ernst & Young, LLP where he managed SAP, Oracle, and i2 implementation projects. Glen holds a Bachelor Degrees in Engineering and Architecture from the Webb Institute and a Masters’ Degree in Finance from Harvard University. He has written numerous articles on the topics of sales planning, performance management, and manufacturing strategy and is frequently quoted by the press.
Chandra P. Agrawal Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, Engineering
C.P. Agrawal has twenty years of experience as a senior engineer, architect and manager of J2EE, .Net, Oracle and SQL Server-based business applications. Prior to Steelwedge, CP was the Director, of Engineering at Xign Corporation and the co-Founder & Vice President of Engineering, of AutoStory, Inc. In addition to his deep application development experience, CP also served as an Technical Manager at Ford Motor Company where he was responsible for the development and execution of their IT strategy. CP holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and an Master of Science Degree in Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic University.
Rick Blair Vice President, Strategic Services
Rick has over twenty years of consulting and operations management experience working with SAP, Oracle and other systems to drive sales forecasting, performance management, demand planning, S&OP, production planning, and sales operations processes.
His industry experience spans high tech, process, chemicals, defense, and aerospace. Rick is a graduate of UC, Berkeley School of Business, is a CPIM, and has taught APICS courses, and held senior leadership roles at multiple organizations.
Michael Kramer SVP, Sales and Marketing
Michael Kramer brings twenty-five years in the industry to his role of developing and executing the sales and marketing strategies for Steelwedge. His expertise spans supply chain, enterprise software, and manufacturing applications. Prior to joining Steelwedge, Mr. Kramer served as Vice President of Global Sales at Amitive, the leader in SaaS supply chain synchronization and execution. Previously, he was Vice President of sales at Accruent, a provider of Real Estate Performance Management (RPM) solutions. Mr. Kramer also served as Director of Sales at Yantra (purchased by AT&T/Sterling Commerce in 2005), Director of Sales at SAP America , Vice President of North American Sales at Revere (purchased by Walker Interactive in 1997) and Director of Sales for the Automation business unit at Texas Instruments (purchased by Siemens in 1991). He pursued an MS in engineering, management information systems from San Jose State University , and holds an MBA from the University of Dallas , and a BS in chemical engineering from Purdue University.
Chris Schulz Vice President, Professional Services
Chris has more than 10 years of international experience in supply chain management, software and consulting. Chris has successfully managed and sponsored various supply chain planning, execution and collaboration initiatives for industry-leading European, US and Asian
customers. Prior to joining Steelwedge Chris was COO at ICON Supply Chain Management responsible for solution deployment and the global customer installed base. He also led the US business unit on the West Coast driving ICON's expansion into the Asian market. Chris holds a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Karlsuhe in Germany.
EJ Tavella Vice President of Sales
EJ brings more than twelve years of sales and strategic supply chain consulting experience to the Steelwedge team. Prior to his new role, EJ held multiple executive roles at Steelwedge leading services and solution sales. Prior to joining Steelwedge, EJ founded a consulting organization focused on supply chain process optimization and off-shore custom software where he sold, staffed and delivered solutions for customer such as Hewlett Packard and Yahoo. EJ has also held management role at Bigwords where he oversaw a multi-source, multi million SKU distribution supply chain. EJ cut his teeth in sales with Ernst & Young where he was nationally recognized for closing the first two “value based” sales deals in the middle market consulting group. EJ holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from California Polytechnic State University , San Luis Obispo. EJ enjoys running, cycling and cooking with his three girls in his spare time.
